Job Description:

The Operations Lead will oversee the execution of Mobile Research Community Events (MRCEs) while leading and developing a team of Operations Associates. This role combines hands-on event operations with team leadership, training, and process improvement to ensure high-quality community engagement.

Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and train Mobile Research Operations Associates both at the Greenwood Innovation Center (GIC) and on-site

· Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of mobile research events

· Partner with Directors, Project Managers, and Drivers to ensure seamless event delivery

· Manage event logistics, including supply planning, inventory, and transport

· Identify and implement operational improvements with the Operations Resource Manager

· Represent the client at events and maintain strong communication with clinical and community teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, event execution, or field programs
• Team leadership, coaching, or training experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or community engagement
• Background in logistics or mobile operations
• Experience improving processes or training teams
