Coastal Pointe Homes is growing fast—and we're looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman who knows how to run a job site, lead a crew, and get homes delivered on time and on budget.

$60,000 – $75,000 base salary

?? What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day operations on active construction sites
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules
• Ensure builds stay on time, on budget, and on spec
• Enforce job site safety and quality standards
• Coordinate materials, inspections, and workflows
• Solve problems in real-time and keep projects moving
• Report progress directly to leadership

(Foremen are responsible for supervising crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of projects.)

• 3–7+ years of construction experience (residential preferred)
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage subs
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
• Ability to read plans and execute without hand-holding
• High accountability—no babysitting required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
