Lead Paralegal / Office Manager – Growth Opportunity

ATL Legal Advisers, LLC, the Law office of Attorney Mike Parker (The Legal Shark ??) is a rapidly growing criminal defense and personal injury firm in Metro Atlanta seeking a strong Lead Paralegal / Office Manager to help manage case flow, support team operations, and play a key role in scaling the firm.

This is not a typical paralegal role. This position offers a clear path into a leadership role within an expanding law firm.

What You'll Do

• Oversee case flow and ensure deadlines are met
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Manage discovery and organize case files
• Coordinate with staff (paralegal, admin, intake)
• Ensure clients are properly onboarded and updated
• Prepare cases and dockets for court

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of paralegal experience (criminal and PI preferred)
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Experience managing multiple active cases (50+ preferred)
• Familiarity with Clio or similar systems
• Leadership mindset and ability to take ownership

Compensation

• $72,000 – $85,000+ (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to firm growth
