Inventory Control Lead

We are working with a rapidly scaling, pre-IPO technology company that is seeking an Inventory Control Lead. This company is manufacturing advanced AI-driven products across global markets.

The organization has grown quickly and is continuing to expand its international footprint and operational capabilities. The company develops intelligent platforms that integrate automation, data-driven decision-making, and advanced navigation technologies. With ongoing international partnerships and plans to expand production, the organization is positioned for continued high growth and operational complexity. This role requires 5 days on-site.

Duties:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory and supply chain data within ERP systems to ensure real-time visibility and reporting
• Reconcile inventory with Finance and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Design, implement, and optimize warehouse processes and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Establish and standardize SOPs for inventory handling, storage, and movement
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure high accuracy and control
• Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, turnover) and drive corrective actions
• Develop inventory reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations to improve systems, processes, and overall efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or WMS
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting principles and finance collaboration
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
