Accounting Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper – HVAC Service Company

We’re looking for a detail‐oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial and administrative operations of our HVAC service business. This role keeps our office running smoothly by managing billing, payments, payroll, and day‐to‐day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and customer billing for service calls and installs
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank/credit card accounts
• Prepare payroll and track technician hours, commissions, and spiffs
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting
• Support tax filings, vendor management, and job costing
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed
• Qualifications
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience (HVAC or trades preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or field‐service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced service environment
