Role Description

This is a Full Time, on-site role for a Clinical Lead Physical Therapist based in Fullerton, CA. The Clinical Lead Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and provide individualized treatment to support patients in recovering mobility, strength, and function. Responsibilities include leading and managing the Fullerton based clinical providers, conducting patient evaluations, developing customized rehabilitation plans, delivering physical therapy treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Ongoing monitoring and documentation of patient progress are essential aspects of this role. As the clinical lead in Fullerton, you will ensure the policies and procedures of Core Physical Therapy are being followed on a daily basis and will report directly to the company's Clinical Supervisor. Salary $125k-140k/year based on experience and qualifications. A generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, 401k, and continuing education allowance is offered. Performance bonuses paid monthly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to address patient mobility and recovery goals
  • Expertise in Patient Care services to provide personalized treatment plans and follow-up care
  • Strong foundation in Medicine and its application within physical therapy practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Availability to work daily, Monday thru Friday, and on occasion, at our Orange and Anaheim Hills locations
  • Experience as a clinical lead in a rehabilitation setting or at least 3-5 years experience in a health care managerial capacity a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Korean a plus
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practices
