CLE Specialist - Elite Firm

Our client, an elite law firm in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking a CLE Specialist to oversee the full life cycle of the firm's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programming.

This is a highly visible and impactful role within an Am Law 100 firm, serving as the operational foundation of the firm's education initiatives and ensuring attorneys remain compliant with evolving regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Oversees firm-sponsored CLE programs from accreditation through completion, ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, accurate tracking, and audit-ready documentation. The role handles bar applications, attendance tracking, reporting, and appeals as needed, while collaborating with attorneys, Marketing, and external partners to manage CLE logistics, support internal and client-facing programs, and ensure attorneys meet their professional obligations efficiently.

A strong understanding of CLE rules, regulations, and multi-jurisdictional accreditation processes is essential, along with the ability to manage complex requirements with precision and professionalism.
