HR Business Partner – Benefits (On-Site | Full-Time, Exempt)

We're seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner – Benefits who thrives in execution—someone who can own benefits processing, partner cross-functionally, and ensure compliance while delivering a seamless experience for employees.

  • Administer employee benefits programs: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, leave of absence, disability, wellness, EAP, and voluntary benefits
  • Process enrollments, life events, status changes, and terminations with high accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and onboarding education
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and applicable state/federal regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and brokers; escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Support open enrollment: system setup, communications, employee support, and audit of elections
  • Maintain benefits documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Generate reports on enrollment, utilization, and trends; ensure data integrity
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to align benefits across the employee lifecycle
  • Support acquisitions, integrations, and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of benefits administration or HR operations experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms required
  • Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred
