We're seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner – Benefits who thrives in execution—someone who can own benefits processing, partner cross-functionally, and ensure compliance while delivering a seamless experience for employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, leave of absence, disability, wellness, EAP, and voluntary benefits
- Process enrollments, life events, status changes, and terminations with high accuracy in HRIS systems
- Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, issue resolution, and onboarding education
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and applicable state/federal regulations
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and brokers; escalate and resolve complex issues
- Support open enrollment: system setup, communications, employee support, and audit of elections
- Maintain benefits documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Generate reports on enrollment, utilization, and trends; ensure data integrity
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to align benefits across the employee lifecycle
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of benefits administration or HR operations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms required
- Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred
