Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Healthcare Interoperability Architect specializing in TEFCA and FHIR standards. The role involves designing and implementing interoperability solutions within healthcare systems, focusing on supporting clinical data exchange. Responsibilities include developing architectural frameworks, integrating healthcare data, ensuring compliance with FHIR standards, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating seamless connections between systems to meet the TEFCA framework requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to design high-quality interoperability frameworks
  • Strong skills in Software Development and Integration for healthcare data systems, with experience using FHIR standards
  • Experience in Project Management, including managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering on complex projects
  • Knowledge of TEFCA framework, healthcare IT standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical data systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
