You'll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our property management portfolio across South Orange County, CA.
This is a relationship-first, growth-focused role where your success is directly tied to your ability to: build trust, create opportunities, convert and retain clients.
?? What You'll Do
- Generate new property management clients ("doors")
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of owner and investor leads
- Develop referral partnerships with: real estate agents, investors, local business networks
- Represent PMI South OC at industry events and in the community
- Maintain consistent follow-up, outreach, and CRM tracking in LeadSimple
- Identify opportunities for portfolio and business acquisitions

This is a highly performance-driven, incentive-heavy role designed for top producers.
- Commission-based earnings tied to new business growth
- Additional incentives tied to portfolio expansion and performance
- Quarterly bonus opportunities based on key production metrics
- Monthly draw available to support ramp-up
