Looking for a Project Consultant from Healthcare environment. Hybrid Roles in Vallejo, CA - 94589

Pay: $48/hr W2 | Duration: 4+ months (extensions possible)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Lead Home Modification programs and other key initiatives as identified

Facilitate and implement process improvement (PI) projects to drive business outcomes

Collaborate with the PIC and Medical Office Controller to design remediation plans for budget shortfalls, focusing on various operational areas

Create and execute tailored communication plans for medical center stakeholders, including physicians, leaders, staff, and health plan representatives

Consult on leadership team and organizational structure redesign, including physician leadership development programs

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium-to-large scale projects/programs

Data analysis experience with strong Excel skills

Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to influence large-scale programs.

Proven track record in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities

Experience with: Project management tools, Tableau, Smartsheet, Epic Systems

Preferred: Project Management or Performance Improvement Certifications
