Take the lead in a high-impact enterprise transformation deploying WorkForce Software to 55,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. As the Deployment Lead for the ATLAS program, you'll drive the design, configuration, and rollout of modern workforce management solutions, including time tracking, scheduling, absence management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the full software deployment lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design, build/configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support Configure and deploy WorkForce Software modules: Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting Support multi-wave enterprise deployment strategy across North American operations Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws and payroll integration requirements Collaborate across HR, IT, Operations, and Finance to align system functionality with business requirements Develop training materials and deliver end-user sessions; create documentation for business and technical users Identify and troubleshoot issues during deployment, ensuring stabilization and process efficiency Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and drive cross-functional alignment Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (IT, HR Systems, Business, or related) 10+ years of IT experience supporting complex global programs Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience (Time & Attendance, Standard & Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting modules) Experience supporting full software deployment lifecycle and multi-wave enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees) Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor regulations Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Background in automotive/manufacturing environments (union & non-union) Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts and job-based scheduling Experience in project management or business analysis for enterprise HR/workforce system deployments Exposure to enterprise workforce analytics and reporting #LI-CP1 #LI-Hybrid What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
