We’re looking for a dynamic individual to process a high volume of invoices handle collections with grace. Personality and professionalism are essential qualities for applicants. Prior success with Accounts Receivable responsibilities is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly effective communicators.

Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience is required
• Excellent math skills
• Highly detail-oriented and trustworthy
• Takes pride in making no mistakes!
• Computer literacy including familiarity with accounting software
• Comfortable handling complaint calls from customers and/or franchise owners
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Accurate data entry skills

Job highlights:

• Process 1,100–1,200 invoices monthly with accuracy and efficiency
• Follow up on, collect, and apply customer payments; resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and up-to-date billing system
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor AR aging for overdue or irregular activity
• Process credit card payments, prepare deposits, and handle adjustments
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and manage collections professionally
• Maintain organized AR files and follow procedures for receipts and cash
• Assist with month-end closing and complete tasks independently
• Be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
