General Description

Epoch Projects, Inc. is a dynamic land development company specializing in civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate would assist our Accounting Team with billing and invoicing, client & project team communications, improving workflows, and providing support with integrating Unanet Clearview software.

We conduct professional work in a relaxed environment. We are also dog friendly office.

Responsibilities

• Aid accounting department with billing, invoicing, and accounts payables & receivables.

• Work with accounting department on integrating Unanet Clearview accounting software.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and be able to speak with Clients about their billing and project progress.

• Aid project managers in maintaining project budgets and financial projections for future work.

• Produce invoices to Clients for Time and Material projects on a bi-weekly basis.

• Input new project information into UAE software, based upon company policy and contractual information

• Become responsible for the collection of Client receivables and following up on past dues accounts including the resolution of deductions and working with third party agency for collections process.

• Establish and maintain quality customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Business, Economics, or related field OR relatable experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Well-developed organizational skills.

• Demonstrated computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.

• Creative and strategic mindset.

• Go-getter attitude willing to learn and tackle tasks outside of job description.

• $20-30 per hour.
