Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.


Preferred Experience:

Experience in dermatology, medical spa, or cosmetic practice settings is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing treatment plans, promoting skincare products and services, and educating patients on aesthetic options. Confidence in presenting recommendations, supporting patient decision-making, and contributing to overall practice growth is a strong plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction & Service: Greet patients, assist with check-in/out, and address inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; coordinate with clinical staff for efficient flow.
  • Insurance & Billing Support: Verify insurance, assist with authorizations, and communicate with insurance companies as needed.
  • Payment & Account Management: Collect payments, manage patient accounts, and support billing inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain forms, handle faxes, complete daily reports, and assist with product sales and patient education.
  • Aesthetic & Product Education: Communicate treatment plans, educate patients on skincare products and aesthetic services, and confidently recommend options to support patient goals and practice growth.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a medical office setting required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and EMR systems (NexTech, preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.

Position Hours:
