Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development in a growing organization Collaborative, high-performing team culture in the construction sector Direct impact on financial processes using industry-leading Sage Intacct tools Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting functions with a primary focus on Sage Intacct system administration and optimization Handle construction-specific accounting processes including job costing, progress billing, retainage, and percentage-of-completion reporting Perform month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis Maintain and enhance Sage Intacct configurations, workflows, and integrations tailored to construction operations Support project accounting, budget tracking, and forecasting for active construction projects Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Collaborate with operations and project teams to provide accurate financial insights Identify and implement process improvements within the Sage Intacct environment Qualifications: Minimum 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong hands-on expertise with Sage Intacct, specifically in a construction environment (required) Solid understanding of construction accounting principles (job costing, WIP, retainage, etc.) Proficiency in general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) CPA or CMA certification a plus Interested in hearing more?
