RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to handle daily and weekly transactions. You must be comfortable posting both accounts payable bill entries and journal entries. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional accounting experience in a multi-entity environment, is proficient with Microsoft Excel, and has practical experience with Sage-Intacct or similar large-company accounting software.

• Post vendor invoices into the ERP system
• Ensure accuracy of invoices coded and routed for approval
• Import bulk entries for AP, Journal Entries, or Cash Transactions
• Assist with weekly check runs
• Maintain organized supporting documentation
• Provide Month-End Close support for the Accounting Management Team
• Ensure timely data entry and documentation for weekly review
• Follow standardized accounting workflows and internal controls
• Flag discrepancies or errors for the Accounting Management Team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP software
• Vendor and customer reconciliations experience
• Strict attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient
• Strong communication skills
