Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas . This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. (SNF/ LTC) Why This Role Stands Out Base Salary: $260K$290K (commensurate with experience) Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only no nights, weekends, or hospital call Patient Volume : 12-14 patients per day Team Model: Work alongside nurse practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a collaborative environment Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management Your Impact Serve as the patients first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Current, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain) DEA certification required Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred The Community Enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer from world-class dining, entertainment, and professional sports to easy access to outdoor recreation including Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, and Lake Mead.
