Job Title: Construction Superintendent Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire) Location: Wahpeton, ND (Onsite) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on active construction sites. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Must-Have Skills Proven experience in construction site supervision Strong knowledge of safety standards and building regulations Project planning and scheduling expertise Budget tracking and cost control Team leadership and coordination Strong on-site problem-solving skills Basic proficiency in MS Office Preferred Skills Experience managing permits and inspections Strong communication with subcontractors and vendors Material and inventory management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interested?
