Job description:

This is an excellent entry-level to junior role for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn ERP systems like Great Plains, and wants to work in a supportive, professional environment.

• Salary$45,000 - $50,000 per year (depending on experience).

Core Responsibilities

• Order ManagementProcess purchase orders, enter data into the
  Great Plains system, and maintain accurate order records.
• Logistics CoordinationUpdate shipping schedules, coordinate with affiliates and sales teams, and prepare essential shipping documents like packing lists.
  
• Inventory ControlMonitor inventory accuracy, assist with warehouse data gathering, and ensure month-end inventory levels stay within targets.
  
• Returns (RMA)Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to track and monitor returned merchandise.
  
• Office AdministrationSupport daily operations by answering the switchboard, purchasing supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements or company events.
  

Requirements

• Education/ExperienceRecent graduates or those with 1-2 years of logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
  
• Technical SkillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of
  Great Plains is a major plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
• Familiarity with Japanese company culture is a plus
