We're Hiring: Systems / Application Analyst (NetMenu Implementation)

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Systems / Application Analyst to support the implementation and rollout of NetMenu across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations and enjoys working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation and phased rollout of NetMenu across multiple sites
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on system configuration, testing (UAT), and validation of dietary workflows (patient meal ordering, menu management)
• Assist with integrations between NetMenu, clinical workflows, and existing systems (e.g., CBORD)
• Act as a liaison between IT, Food & Nutrition, and external vendors to ensure alignment across workflows and functionality
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users during and after go-live
• Take ownership of the platform as it transitions from vendor-led implementation to internal support
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and process gaps; recommend and implement improvements
• Develop documentation, support processes, and best practices for long-term success
• Support go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization for additional facilities

Required Experience

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Application Analyst, or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications
• Experience working alongside vendor-led implementations and transitioning systems into ongoing support
• Exposure to food & nutrition systems, dietary platforms, POS systems, or similar operational environments
• Understanding of integrated systems and how they impact workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and vendors
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems quickly and operate with limited direction
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetMenu or similar dietary systems
• Familiarity with CBORD or comparable POS platforms
• Exposure to healthcare environments and/or Epic-integrated workflows
• Experience supporting multi-site or phased rollouts
