Business Law Attorney - Associate
A growing business law and commercial litigation firm seeks an attorney with at least 3 years of relevant litigation experience as an associate. The firm practices in the areas of corporate counsel, commercial litigation, business transactions, employment/labor law and commercial real estate with a growing emphasis on serving in the role of outside in-house counsel for its corporate clients. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and an appreciation for a very high level of client service and responsiveness. Substantive litigation experience and being a good writer is a must. This position is ideal for an attorney that is looking to continue to develop as a professional in a collegial and progressive work environment.
