A growing construction company is hiring a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and keep jobs organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to grow into project management or operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Track timelines and help keep jobs on schedule
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project flow
• Assist with RFQs, submittals, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams
• Help with purchase orders, invoicing support, and job closeout

What They’re Looking For

• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Preferred:

• 1–3+ years in construction, admin, or project coordination
• Exposure to submittals, RFQs, or project documentation
