Job Title: Finance Coordinator

Location: El Segundo, CA (4 days onsite)

Job Duration: 12+m Contract

Primary Skills:

• 5-7 years of Financial experience
• Experience working with financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements
• Experience working with Reconciliations
• Experience working with Coupa or Oracle
• Experience working with Excel

Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data
• Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance
• Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks, providing support to the finance team as needed.
