Accounting Analyst (Rebates)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Onsite Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)

Pay Rate: $26/hr - $30/hr

Overview:

Brand new position responsible for managing rebate accruals, promotions, and vendor billing processes across multiple programs and divisions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to determine appropriate programs and rates
• Set up and maintain accruals within internal systems
• Manage manual accrual tracking for programs not captured systemically
• Analyze and reconcile accrual data to support month-end close
• Track and manage promotional accruals based on pricing and promotional cycles

Invoicing Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue vendor invoices across various billing cycles
• Analyze data to ensure accurate billing and alignment with accruals
• Perform reconciliations and record adjustments as needed
• Monitor outstanding balances and include past due amounts in vendor communications
• Distribute invoices and supporting documentation to vendors and internal stakeholders
