Position Responsibilities Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment. Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed. Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews. Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. 1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!
