Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $240,000 to $260,000 annually
• Up to $20,000 in bonuses within the first year, with increased potential as a partner
• Partnership eligibility within 12-18 months with no buy-in; partners typically earn over $300,000 annually
• 33 total paid days off annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and supplemental options
• 401(k) retirement plan with 5.5% employer match

• $3,500 CME allowance plus 1 week off for CME

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
• Manage an average of 18 patients per day
• Small patient panel capped at 450 to ensure quality care
• 100% outpatient care with no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Scheduled administrative time included
• Work with a dedicated care team including a personal medical assistant
• Serve senior patients typically managing 3-5 chronic conditions
• Practice within a value-based, patient-centered care model
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 20 to 30 weeks, territory-based
• Collaborate with in-house specialists including Cardiology and Podiatry
• Access to holistic health programs including acupuncture, yoga, Tai Chi, and nutrition
• Patients provided with door-to-door transportation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
