• Perform advanced repairs to building structures, interiors and exteriors
• Conduct inspections to identify safety concerns and preventative needs
• Support property improvement projects and emergency repairs
• Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Document work orders, inspections and maintenance schedules

HC11

• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades
• Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions
• Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work preferred
• Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation
• Two or more years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors

Compensation details: 26-28 Hourly Wage
