This role involves working some weekends and evenings, ensuring our guests consistently receive top-tier service. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the comprehensive daily operations of our restaurant and F&B department.
- Oversee and manage all banquet services, from coordination and setup to execution, ensuring flawless events.
- Ensure exceptional service and quality across all dining experiences, maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and operational efficiency within the F&B department.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback directly, implementing solutions to enhance guest experiences.
- Support the growth of the golf course and restaurant through participating in targeted social media and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination or banquet management.
- Strong understanding of restaurant and F&B operations.
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Previous experience in marketing or social media management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
