Sports Medicine, Biomechanics & Manual Therapy Excellence


You'll work in a clinic known for:

  • Orthopedics & Sports Rehab
  • Post-operative rehab (ACL, rotator cuff, meniscus, hip and shoulder labrum, foot and ankle)
  • Biomechanical & running analysis
  • Isokinetic testing/training
  • Return-to-sport progressions
  • Hands-on manual therapy + neuromuscular re-education
  • Custom orthotics with 3D scanning

About the RoleYour Day-to-Day:

  • Provide manual therapy, exercise and movement-based rehab
  • Manage a reasonable patient load - not overload.
  • Treat highly motivated patients: athletes, active adults, post-surgical, weekend warriors, teens, and general ortho
  • Build relationships and see your patients progress-not disappear into a different room with a tech
  • Participate in team training, case review, and professional development


Your Typical Patients Include:

  • ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, knee scopes, ankle sprains
  • Runners, soccer players, lacrosse and basketball athletes
  • Teens with sports injuries
  • Adults with chronic or recurrent orthopedic issues
  • Patients who want real PT , not passive modalities


What We're Looking For


Must-Haves

  • DPT (or equivalent) and Florida PT license (or license-eligible)
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise-based treatment skills
  • Passion for evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehab
  • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly
  • Desire to grow, learn, and be part of a supportive team


Bonus Points

  • Sports medicine or orthopedic experience
  • Strength & conditioning background
  • Experience with running athletes or return-to-sport rehab
  • Interest in biomechanics or isokinetic testing
  • CSCS, SCS (not required)
