Job Title: Financial Operations Support (Entry-Level)

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour

Contract: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role

Great opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in financial services. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting operations, working with internal teams, and assisting with client-related processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations and client account activities
• Prepare and review client-related documentation
• Work with internal teams (operations, compliance, portfolio teams)
• Assist with onboarding, account updates, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy and follow internal risk/compliance guidelines
• Support process improvements and ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
