Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, the Brand Experience Lead creates an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style.
This role is responsible for executing visual merchandising, maintaining strong product presentation, and supporting in-store events and brand moments. You'll partner closely with the Assistant Store Director – Brand Experience to ensure the store is visually compelling, commercially effective, and consistently on-brand, while supporting overall store performance.
What You'll Do
Support the In-Store Brand Experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store in alignment with brand guidelines
- Ensure product presentation is clear, styled, and commercially impactful
- Execute floor sets, window displays, and in-season updates with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support in-store events, activations, and brand moments, ensuring strong execution
Drive Sales Through Merchandising
- Ensure product placement supports customer discovery and ease of shopping
- Adjust and maintain merchandising based on product performance and business needs
- Execute daily floor moves that highlight key items, trends, and outfitting opportunities
- Maintain a strong visual flow from windows through the sales floor
Own Visual Execution & Store Routines
- Complete daily visual checks to ensure the store is organized, full, and customer-ready
- Maintain visual tools, props, and back-of-house organization
- Support product flow and replenishment in partnership with Operations
- Ensure all visual standards are consistently upheld throughout the day
Support Total Store Success
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader-on-duty on the sales floor
- Support the team in delivering a seamless, engaging customer experience
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to maintain strong execution standards
- Partner with Operations and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment
- Train and coach team members on visual standards, styling, and merchandising basics
- Reinforce consistency in execution through clear communication and feedback
- Support the development of future visual talent within the store
- Lead opening and closing execution– Ensure all opening and closing procedures are executed flawlessly, including team readiness, operational checks, store security, and setting the tone for daily success.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of visual merchandising or retail supervisor experience
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of merchandising and garment presentation
- A proactive executor who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, setting displays, using tools)
- Flexible and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays
