A nationally respected Am Law firm is seeking a Mid-Level IP/Patent Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This role offers attorneys the opportunity to work on complex intellectual property disputes involving advanced technologies, including electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and software innovations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in IP litigation matters
• Manage discovery processes and collaborate with technical experts
• Advise clients on patent clearance, validity, infringement, and enforcement strategies
• Participate in federal court litigation and trial preparation
• Support all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Maintain strong client communication and case management
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an IP/Patent Litigation Associate Attorney
• Experience in federal court litigation strongly preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law (State Bar required)
• USPTO registration is a plus
• Technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or software preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
