Litigation Attorney (100% Remote – California)

Location: Fully Remote

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview

• Fully remote litigation role with autonomy and flexibility
• Open to attorneys with civil or criminal litigation experience
• Opportunity to manage cases independently from start to finish

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage motion practice
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license (required)
• 2+ years of civil or criminal litigation experience
• Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
