Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Murfreesboro, TN, for an Attorney at Hagan Jenkins Law Group. The ideal candidate has experience handling construction disputes or has experience in the courtroom as a litigator. We are looking for a team player who is also a motivated self-starter to handle cases from start to finish on a wide variety of civil litigation primarily arising out of contracts, construction projects, or business matters.

• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Experience in the courtroom.
• Strong ability to make decisions and provide sound counsel to clients.
• Proven ability in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents effectively.
• Exceptional Negotiation skills to manage transactions and resolve disputes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership in Tennessee are required.
• Prior experience in construction or real estate law is preferred but not required.
