This role, internally referred to as a "Sweeper," is critical to maintaining a clean and efficient production environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Floor Maintenance: Consistently collect all product that falls to the floor to ensure a safe and clean workspace. Production Support: Perform routine functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 standards. Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to support production goals and rotate into different tasks as required. Operational Efficiency: Follow standard operating procedures and prescribed steps to complete routine technical tasks. SANITATION MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Strong communication skills to interact with Team Leads and coworkers.
