About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Acquisition for the US market. The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially-focused leader, tasked with the development and execution of comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive scalable and sustainable growth. This role involves full ownership of the acquisition strategy, with a specific focus on increasing market share in the US nicotine pouch market. The VP will oversee performance marketing, paid media, SEO, partnerships, and new channel development, and will be responsible for achieving significant growth targets. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the acquisition strategy is aligned with the goal of targeting long-term, high-quality customers for sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, strategic, and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in driving growth and engagement in a direct marketing environment. Essential qualifications include extensive customer acquisition experience, a strong understanding of data analytics and digital marketing technologies, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience in regulated industries and a background in performance marketing across various platforms is a plus. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be dynamic, and be able to make quick but insightful adjustments in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
