The role also involves guiding the design and enhancement of national curriculum and training offerings, supervising a multidisciplinary team, and managing relationships with third-party curriculum vendors. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Education Innovation position at the company should have 5-7 years' of leadership experience in education innovation, curriculum development, or nonprofit program management. A strong background in instructional design, pedagogy, and andragogy is essential, as is a deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed frameworks.
