About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in commercial real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing new real estate investments, with a primary focus on mixed-use and hotel assets. This role demands a leader who can manage the full lifecycle of transactions, from diligence to disposition, and ensure that project execution aligns with financial goals. The SVP will also be tasked with leading capital raising efforts, structuring creative financial deals, and fostering strategic partnerships. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Master's in a related field preferred, and have at least 7-10 years' of experience in leading full-cycle real estate projects. A deep understanding of multi-layered capital structures, expertise in financial modeling, and a strong network in the Mid-Atlantic real estate and capital markets are required. The role also demands a candidate with strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of entitlement processes and urban development. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about using real estate to create lasting value and community impact.
