Burkholder's HVAC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team!!

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are looking to hire a dynamic assistant that is not afraid to wear multiple hats in the organization and eager to develop their marketing and communication skills. The successful candidate will be creative, enthusiastic and well organized with a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support management in implementing various marketing and communication projects
  • Reply to customer comments and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Write and edit content for different platforms, such as social media, website, employee communications and press releases
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Develop promotional ideas, track successes and share with management
  • Stay updated with new HVAC industry products to develop seasonal marketing promotions
  • Help organize and coordinate company events
  • Represent company at community events and trade shows
  • Work closely with advertising agencies for planning schedules and ensuring we deliver a cohesive branding and advertising campaign throughout all media sources
  • Create and develop new marketing materials. Update existing items as needed
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys and communicate results with management
  • Promote current projects through social media and website
  • Monitor and track advertising budget, report monthly quarterly and annual performance to management
  • Research, implement and utilize all co-op funding opportunities offered by vendors for marketing
  • Manage and track company sponsorships and donations
  • Order stationary, clothing and promotional items

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Ability to proficiently navigate Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Proficient with marketing applications, such as social media websites, online analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe, Google AdWords, etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality written communications
  • Strong Work Ethic

Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
