Position Overview
As a Relationship Specialist, you will proactively engage our target audience and serve as a key liaison between customers and Sales Representatives. Your work ensures smooth communication, accurate documentation, and a seamless relocation experience for our clients. You’ll also play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls with professionalism.
- Research and respond promptly to inquiries regarding RFQs, booked moves, date changes, inventory updates, required services, pricing, cancellations, deposits, and related documentation.
- Schedule appointments for estimates, networking events, and other sales activities.
- Provide over‐the‐phone estimates for smaller relocation needs.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and customers to confirm services and send required documentation.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and reorder as needed.
- Enter accurate data into electronic files and ensure all information remains current.
- Implement strategies to promote the company’s image, history, values, services, and capabilities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and evaluate ROI.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to create and distribute sales materials.
- Identify, attend, and/or sponsor relevant events to support sales objectives.
Lead Generation & Follow‐Up
- Research, generate, and follow up on leads from various sources in alignment with departmental goals.
- Support Sales Representatives by ensuring timely communication and thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Professional phone presence and exceptional command of English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time‐management, investigative, computer, and data‐entry skills.
- Service‐oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent follow‐through and attention to detail.
- MS CRM experience (including email campaigns) is a plus.
- Dependable with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Lorton facility.
