Marketing Associate (High-Growth Opportunity – Logistics / Truck Parking)

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Marketing Associate to join one of the largest Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) and truck parking operators in New Jersey—and one of the fastest-growing companies in the space nationwide.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders (ex-Amazon), who have built the company’s sales and marketing engine from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, execute, and grow into a leadership role, with a clear path to significant earnings and long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling and targeted email campaigns
• Support and manage social media and digital marketing initiatives
• Maintain and optimize CRM systems and lead tracking
• Generate, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities
• Assist in developing and refining marketing and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, sales, or outbound marketing preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
• Ongoing commission “tail” on closed deals
