The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing strategy, execution, and team performance across multiple initiatives. This role requires a balance of creative vision and business discipline—someone who can generate ideas, evaluate performance, and execute effectively within budget.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen campaigns, and expand into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, accountability, and support
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and grow within them
• Collaborate with senior leadership to brainstorm and execute advertising initiatives
• Review current marketing campaigns, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement improvements
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, including logistics, staffing, and execution
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand positioning and business objectives
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and effectiveness
