Marketing Manager

FERRARI OF NEWPORT BEACH IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN OUR MARKETING TEAM.Hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays during events.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the dealership team and will be focused on a variety of marketing and public relations tasks. This position will work with internal and external teams to successfully execute all tasks listed below.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute events on behalf of the company
• Manage event registrations, including payment
• Prepare and ship “Welcome Kits” to customers
• Social Media Management for each store
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed at high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like Photoshop a must
• Manage Co-op programs for each Manufacturers
• CRM experience is a plus
• Heavy import and monitoring of Ferrari information onto Modis software.
• Communicate Sales Strategies per event to the sales teams.
• Communicate directly with clients as needed
• Work within set budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills. Must be able to stay organized and keep track of tasks, events, manufacturers’ processes.
• Communication skills. Must communicate with supervisor and other team members to provide support as needed.
• Copywriting skills. Must be able to create copy for newsletters, invitations, brochures, AdWords…
• Time-management skills. Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in automotive industry is a preferred

PAY: $31.00 / hour
