Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! We're looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in elevating our brand presence across digital and traditional platforms.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of marketing initiatives to enhance our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a versatile marketer with experience in website management, content creation, social media strategy, and digital campaigns.

This job will require on site presence on a flexible basis, but some functions may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Handle upgrading our website
• Develop and schedule content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns

​Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant marketing and experience
• Website design, content creation, video editing, and google ads knowledge a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a "figure out how to get it done" attitude
