Marketing Assistant -

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual ready to grow your marketing career? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of the firm’s marketing initiatives by providing day-to-day administrative and creative assistance to the marketing team. This role plays a key part in helping deliver consistent, high-quality marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, including workshops, webinars, email campaigns, and client communications. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with content creation, maintaining marketing materials and the website, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective and existing clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while supporting Jarvis Law Office, PC's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of workshop and webinar marketing efforts, from registration to post-event follow-up, ensuring a smooth and inclusive participant experience.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Attend and assist with monthly local workshops and manage coordination logistics.
  • Contribute to email marketing efforts, including drafting, proofreading, and formatting communications.
  • Conduct basic market research and compile findings into clear summaries.
  • Help organize and manage monthly webinars and related communications.
  • Monitor and manage inquiries through the WeCare inbox.
  • Handle physical mailings and workshop reminder calls for all marketing events.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content and digital assets.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and signage.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Perform additional administrative and marketing duties as needed.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license.
  • Associate degree, certification, or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus (not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $20 to $22
