Company DescriptionWe are seeking a Content Marketer who is a strategic storyteller responsible for planning, creating, and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage a target audience. Unlike traditional advertising, content marketing focuses on building long-term relationships by providing helpful information that drives profitable customer action. You will be working across multiple brands across a portfolio of companies.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Planning: Developing multi-channel content strategies that align with business goals and the buyer's journey. This includes managing an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing cadence.
- Content Creation: Writing and producing high-quality assets such as videos, blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
- SEO + GEO & Optimization: Conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Distribution & Promotion: Managing content across various platforms, including company websites, social media accounts, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
- Performance Analysis: Using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics—such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates—to measure ROI and refine future strategies.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product marketers, and sales professionals, to ensure brand consistency.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional storytelling and video editing skills and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and mediums.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, social media management platforms, and SEO tools, along with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with internal/external contributors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, journalism, broadcast, or other related fields
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
