We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager based at our main office in Irvine, CA, who can both lead and execute local and regional marketing initiatives from start to finish to increase Brand awareness, identify potential customers, and drive sales. In-office position.

This is a unique opportunity to build out the marketing function for a growing restaurant brand — from strategy to social media to community outreach.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for store openings, seasonal promotions, and brand events that align with brand image and marketing goals
• Manage day-to-day content creation and posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop and maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reporting
• Coordinate with local influencers, press, and community organizations
• Design in-store materials, digital ads, and branded collateral
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Work closely with store operations and HQ teams to align marketing with business goals
• Partner with outside vendors
• Occasionally travel to all stores for events or support
• Analyze data, consumer behavior, and market trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong content creation, social media, and basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe Illustration)
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects independently
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with California regional markets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Irvine, CA (main office) – with some travel to store locations
