P&C SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a P&C sales representative to join our State Farm agency team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base by selling various types of insurance policies to new and our existing clients. We utilize a customer focused, needs-based approach to make sure people are getting what they need at the best price possible. Our new business is primarily referral-based, internet leads, and win-backs. No cold calling!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Review customer plans to identify needs, offer solutions, and/or avenues to savings
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through referral and networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields is desirable
• P&C License or ability to obtain license quickly
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent phone skills
• Competency with MS Office suite and keyboarding
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
