Accounting Clerk

As our Accounting Clerk, you’ll be responsible for the daily financial cycle of our commercial portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of retail leasing and enjoys working in a stable, collaborative atmosphere where accuracy is the top priority. The clerk will primarily use MRI Software to ensure accurate financial records and smooth bank transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile accounts and bank transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and document organization
• Handle tenant relations related to financial inquiries
• Utilize MRI Software to process accounting tasks
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager for reporting and issue resolution
• Occasionally interact with clients and vendors as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting
